Huawei P9 expected to be launched in March 2016
According to the previous leaks, the Huawei P9 was supposed to come out before the beginning of 2016. But, a new report from smartphone blog mobile-dad.com suggests that company will launch the Huawei P9 in March 2016.
As for the specs, from what is known until now, the flagship smartphone P9 will be powered by the all-new Huawei Kirin 950 octa-core SoC and sport a 5.2-inch (1920 X 1080 pixel) display with a curved design. The smartphone will have 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage.
There will be a fingerprint sensor as well as a dual camera set-up on its back with laser AF. Two versions of the smartphone are expected to be available – LTE and Delux. The P9 smartphone is also rumored to come with android 6.0 Marshmallow.
Huawei P9 Max
Huawei might also release a Huawei P9 Max next year. The P9 Max is rumored to come with a 6.2-inch Quad HD display, the pixel density will be 486 PPI. Though it is still not clear if Huawei P9 Max will be released alongside the P9 or not.
According to the specs released by AnTuTu Huawei P9 Max will come with Kirin 950 octa-core SoC, recently unveiled by Huawei, and the Mali-T880 MP4 GPU. 4GB of RAM is inside, along with 64GB of internal storage. Android 6.0 is pre-installed.
