In the world of internet, everyone shares their feelings, thoughts and especially hangout or visited place pictures and tag them. The company first offered the technology to users in late 2010, with a feature that suggests people tag in photos. The Social media giant, now added a new feature, when someone uploads a photo and you are in that photo,  you’ll be notified even if you weren’t tagged. It applies only to newly posted photos. Only, There is no notification when privacy settings do not make an image visible to you. Considering the relevant feature, Somehow it gives a people more control over their image online. Also, Facebook’s new facial recognition feature increases more activity by the Facebook users furthermore, they share more feelings by like, comment and impression.

Moreover, You can choose to tag yourself in an image or ignore and if you find that you are not in the image, inform Facebook that the face isn’t you. Thinking about the security reason, Nowadays it is so common that people make fake accounts sometimes for teasing, harassment, and for their own benefits. Whenever people use your pic in their account you’ll be notified. so, that you can make sure your image is safe.

“We really thought this as a privacy feature for a long time. If someone posts a photo of you, you might not know about it,” Rob Sherman.

Well, By the early statement of facebook, it is proved that continuous active on Facebook, scrolling down news feeds, messaging, commenting likes and impression made people unhappy. Already, each new update is attracting them towards its more use and makes people more active. Same with this alert notification  — messaging people, liking posts, and remembering about old times increases the activity of people on Facebook.
