Samsung Galaxy Note 7 has been reportedly leaked through benchmarking app AnTuTu

The next Samsung Galaxy Note flagship has been reportedly leaked through benchmarking app AnTuTu, as per a report by Times News. The device is listed as SM-N930V and is shown to have 4GB RAM. Earlier, the Samsung Galaxy Note 7 was rumoured to come with 6GB RAM.

Samsung is expected to its upcoming Note flagship Galaxy Note 7, instead of Note 6. This is probably because the company wants to bring the Note line-up in sync with the Galaxy S series.

Samsung Galaxy Note 7 will run Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow out of the box, and will likely feature a 5.7-inch QHD display with 1440×2560 pixel resolution.

Galaxy Note 7 is also expected to come with an iris scanner. This means that users will be able to unlock the phone by just looking at it. Similar to fingerprint scanners, the iris scanner will require a user to first register his/her iris scan in order to be used.

A seemingly leaked image of the Galaxy Note 7’s specs from the An Tu Tu benchmarking site shows the device’s name and model number (SM-N930V), as revealed in a tweet by known leaker Steve Hemmerstoffer. The base number of SM-N930 is a tipoff that this is the next Galaxy Note, according to blog site GSMArena, because the current Note 5 sports a model number of SM-N920.

Samsung Galaxy Note 7 is expected to include the company’s new 10nm LPDDR4 6GB RAM module, which was launched earlier. It is also expected to feature a big 4,000mAh battery.

Other reports suggest that the phablet will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor and have 32GB inbuilt storage with microSD card support. Other rumoured specifications include a 12-megapixel rear camera with a dual-pixel setup. The phone might be water resistant as well.
