Oppo F1 smartphone now available for pre-order, phone is set to launch on January 28 in India
The Oppo F1, Oppo’s new F series smartphone, has reached Vietnam first. The smartphone, which was first announced by Oppo during the CES 2016, is now available for pre-orders on a Vietnamese online retailer. The Oppo F1 smartphone is priced at VND 6,490,000 (approximately Rs. 19,350), the smartphone will start shipping from January 21.
The Oppo F1 smartphone is expected to launch in India on January 28.
In terms of specifications, the device features a 5-inch IPS display with a 720 x 1280 pixel resolution along with a 2.5D Gorilla Glass 4 coating for protection along with a pixel density of 294ppi.
The Oppo’s new F1 smartphone is powered by a 1.7GHz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 616 processor coupled with Adreno 405 GPU and 3GB of RAM. It offers an inbuilt storage of 16GB which can be further expanded up to 128GB via microSD card.
The Oppo F1 smartphone is Dual-SIM smartphone (SIM + Nano Micro SIM) and has a 2500 mAh battery. It runs the Android 5.1 Lollipop platform with Oppo’s ColorOS 2.1 UI on top.
On the camera front, the smartphone comes equipped with a 13-megapixel camera on the rear with f/2.2 lens and LED flash. For selfie lovers, the device includes an 8-megapixel camera on the front with f/2.0 lens (1/4″ sensor) and also with some additional features such as Beauty 3.0, live color filters and more. The phone uses the screen (that lights up) as a flash in low-light environments.
