Work in your comfort with a more ergonomic chair or completely customizable office place. It is just the way you want. For many businesses, no heavy planning and investment required.

For many employers, the vacancies or seating capacities are matches with the current space they have. Sometimes just the office politics create chaos. These all factors then leads to the higher staff Attrition rate. Work From Home has shown superb results in the retention of skilful talents.
