Samsung Galaxy S10 Lite launched, priced at Rs. 39,999


Samsung has launched the Samsung Galaxy S10 Lite in India today. The smartphone was initially unveiled by South Korean tech giant Samsung at CES 2020. It carries a price tag of Rs. 39,999 for the lone 8GB + 128GB model. The 6GB RAM model isn’t being released in India.

The highlights of the smartphone include- Infinity-O display with a hole-punch design, 6.7-inch full-HD+ screen, and packs 8GB of RAM and 128GB of built-in storage.

Samsung Galaxy S10 Lite specifications

The dual-SIM (Nano) Galaxy S10 Lite features a 6.7-inch full-HD+ (1080 x 2400 pixels) Infinity-O Super AMOLED display with 19.5:9 aspect ratio and sports an in-display fingerprint sensor. It run on Android 10 with company’s One UI 2.0 on top, powered by octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 SoC, paired with 8GB of RAM.

In terms of optics, there is a triple camera setup on the back that houses a 48-megapixel main shooter with f/2.0 aperture, a 12-megapixel ultra-wide-angle shooter with f/2.2 aperture, and a 5-megapixel macro camera with f/2.4 aperture.

For selfies and video calling, Samsung has packed a 32-megapixel selfie camera with f/2.2 aperture. Also, the phone supports Super Steady optical image stabilisation (OIS).

Other specifications include a 4,500mAh battery with fast charging support. For connectivity, the smartphone comes with 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, and a USB Type-C port.

Samsung Galaxy S10 Lite Price

Samsung Galaxy S10 Lite price is set at Rs. 39,999 for the 8GB + 128GB model and will be available in Prism White, Prism Black, and Prism Blue colour options.

According to the launch, the pre-orders for Samsung Galaxy S10 Lite will open 2pm today and it will be available starting February 4 via Flipkart, Samsung.com, and major offline stores.
