Samsung Galaxy M40 will sport triple camera setup and set to debut in India with a price tag around Rs. 20,000


The new Galaxy M series device, Samsung Galaxy M40 have been leaked just days ahead of its formal launch in India. The company, confirms June 11 launch for the Galaxy M40 in India.

As per the leaks, the Galaxy M40 will have a 32-megapixel rear camera, features a 6.3-inch FHD+ 2340×1080 pixel resolution Infinity-O display with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 675 processor under the hood. Also, it will be priced around ₹20,000 (~$285).

A few expected details about the device were recently confirmed by a high-ranking Samsung executive in India. The new Galaxy M40 set to offer a 6.3-inch full-HD+ (1080×2340 pixels) Infinity-O Display panel on the Galaxy M40.

Considering the storage the phone will have 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. Further, it is reported to include a 3,500mAh battery.

Moreover, the Galaxy M40 will carry a 5-megapixel secondary, depth sensing sensor and an 8-megapixel tertiary sensor with an ultra-wide lens, in addition to the 32-megapixel primary sensor that has already been confirmed. On the front the will have a 16-megapixel selfie camera on the front.

Samsung Galaxy M40 price

The phone will reportedly be priced in India at around Rs 20,000 and will be sold in India via Amazon and the Samsung Online Store after its launch next month.
