Xiaomi Redmi K30 has launched in China: Full Specifications
After so many teasers finally, Xiaomi Redmi K30 has been launched in China. The K30 considered as a successor of K20 i.e Redmi K30 comes with major specifications and design upgrade.
The highlights of the smartphone include- Snapdragon 765G, support 5G networks and features latest Sony’s 64-megapixel IMX696 sensor in the primary camera. The smartphone is available in four colour options, white, blue, red and purple.
Specification Redmi K30(4G and 5G )
Redmi K30 supports dual-SIM (Nano + Nano) slots and has a 6.67-inch full-HD+ (1080×2400 pixels) hole-punch display with 20:9 aspect ratio, 91 percent screen-to-body ratio, Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection, and 120Hz refresh rate.
The smartphone runs on MIUI 11 based on Android 10. There are two variant of the K30 i.e 4G and 5G. The 5G variant is powered by the 7nm Snapdragon 765G SoC, whereas the 4G variant is powered by the Snapdragon 730G processor.
As far as storage is concerned, the K30 features 64GB, 128GB and 256GB options. Also, both the phones support a hybrid microSD card slot (up to 256GB) for further storage expansion.
In terms of optics, it has quad rear camera setup which includes a 64-megapixel Sony IMX686 sensor as the main rear camera with f/1.89 aperture, 1/1.7-inch sensor and 6P lens.
The main camera is assisted by a 5-megapixel macro lens, a 2-megapixel depth sensor, and an 8 -megapixel 120 degree wide-angle sensor as well.
On the other hand, the 4G variant has the 5-megapixel macro camera is replaced by the 2-megapixel camera.
Both the variant(4G and 5G) sports dual selfie camera setup with the cutouts placed on the top-right edge of the screen, and the cutout is just 4.38mm thin. There are a 20-megapixel main front sensor and a 2-megapixel depth sensor.
Other specification includes 4,500mAh battery with 30W fast charging support for 5G variant and packs a side-mounted fingerprint sensor. For 4G variant supports 27W fast charging.
Connectivity options include, for 5G variant dual-band 4G/5G support (SA/NSA), and integration of 5G Multilink and 5G Smart features. For both variant NFC, 5G GPS, USB Type-C port, and 3.5mm audio jack support included.
Price Redmi K30
For the 4G variant, 6GB, 128GB model is priced at 1,699 Yuan (Rs 17,000 approximately) while 8GB, 128GB model costs 1,899 Yuan (Rs 19,000 approximately). The 8GB, 256GB model is priced at 2,199 Yuan (Rs 22,000 approximately).
On the other hand, the price of the 5G variant of the phone starts at 1,999 Yuan (Rs 20,000 approximately).
