After a smash-hit success crowdfunding campaign last year, Podo is back to do it all over again. Not only that but the Podo camera can be fully controlled by wireless connectivity and is now available to back priced at just $49.
The 5-megapixel camera sticks to walls for hands-free selfie-snapping. It also happily whirrs along filming 720p video at 30fps(frame-per-second). The camera comes with a built-in battery rechargeable via USB, 8GB of memory.
The camera offers multiple shooting options. You can set it to click single snaps, double exposure, and burst sequences. You can also use the video mode that records 15-second clips for your Instagram feed.
To use the Podo camera, you will need to download the free app (iOS or Android) to your smartphone. The Podo connects to your phone via Bluetooth technology, and then the app will let you set various features like choosing the aspect ratio (full or square), set a countdown timer, resolution, and so on. The wireless camera gives you full control, and you no longer need to hold the camera yourself.
