Oppo F1 Smartphone Launched In India At Rs 15,990 – Full Specifications

The Chinese company, Oppo introduced the photography-focused F1 smartphone in India today at a price of Rs 15,990. The company also announced a variant of the Oppo F1, 5.5-inch Oppo F1 Plus smartphone with 4GB RAM during the event which will be priced at Rs 26,990, and will be launched in the month of April. The smartphone will be available to purchase from February in India.

In terms of specifications, the device features a 5-inch IPS display with a 720 x 1280 pixel resolution along with a 2.5D Gorilla Glass 4 coating for protection along with a pixel density of 294ppi. The Oppo’s new F1 smartphone is powered by a 1.7GHz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 616 processor coupled with Adreno 405 GPU and 3GB of RAM. It offers an inbuilt storage of 16GB which can be further expanded up to 128GB via microSD card.

The Oppo F1 smartphone is Dual-SIM smartphone (SIM + Nano Micro SIM) and has a 2500 mAh battery. It runs the Android 5.1 Lollipop platform with Oppo’s ColorOS 2.1 UI on top.

On the photography front, the Oppo F1 comes equipped with a 13-megapixel camera on the rear with f/2.2 lens and LED flash. For selfie lovers, the device includes an 8-megapixel camera on the front with f/2.0 lens (1/4″ sensor) and also with some additional features such as Beauty 3.0, live color filters and more. The phone uses the screen (that lights up) as a flash in low-light environments.

As for the connectivity, the smartphone supports 4G LTE networks (India bands supported), along with Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS and Micro-USB connectivity.
