Lenovo Yoga 900 Convertible Laptop and Yoga Tab 3 Pro Tablet Launched in India
At a media event in New Delhi, Chinese manufacturer Lenovo announced the launch of the all-new Yoga 900 convertible laptop and the Yoga Tab 3 Pro in India. The Lenovo Yoga 900 laptop is priced at Rs. 1,22,090, and Lenovo Yoga Tab 3 Pro is priced at Rs. 39,990.
Lenovo Yoga 900 Convertible Laptop
The Windows 10 powered Lenovo Yoga 900 laptop is just 0.59-inch thick, 1.29 kg light. The high-end Yoga 900 laptop is designed for both personal and business use.
The successor of the company’s old Yoga 900 sports a 13.3-inch display with a screen resolution of 3200×1800 pixels. It is powered by 6th-generation Intel Core i7-6500U processor which can be clocked up to 2.5GHz, is paired with 8GB of RAM, and 512GB SSD. The Yoga 900 has four usage modes (laptop, stand, tent, tablet), made possible by the watchband hinge, made of more than 800 intricately woven, individual pieces for smoother rotation.
The Lenovo Yoga 900 features a 1MP 720p HD CMOS camera, two USB 3.0 ports, one USB Type-C port, a headphone jack and an SD card reader. It comes with a battery life of up to 9 hours local video playback, as per the company. The devices will be available exclusively at Croma retail stores and online on Lenovo brand store. Entertainment becomes more immersive with the device’s JBL stereo speakers and Dolby Audio Premium for powerful and crisp sound.
Lenovo Yoga Tab 3 Pro Tablet
The Lenovo Yoga Tab Pro 3 tablet comes with an in-built projector placed on a rotatable hinge. The Lenovo Yoga Tab 3 Pro, which was globally unveiled at the IFA trade show event last year, features a 10.1-inch QHD display with a resolution of 2560×1600 pixels and pixel density of 299ppi. It runs on Android Operating System 5.1 Lollipop. It is powered by 2.24GHz quad-core Intel Atom x 5-Z8500 processor coupled with 2GB of RAM.
Lenovo Yoga Tab 3 Pro include 32GB of inbuilt storage, which can be expanded via microSD card (up to 128GB). The Lenovo Yoga Tab 3 Pro features a 13-megapixel autofocus rear camera and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera. It is available to purchase at Rs. 39,500 from e-commerce website Flipkart. It packs a 10,200mAh battery that lasts 18 hours on a single charge and delivers up to 49 days of standby time, according to the company.
