The Le 1s has the power button on the right side panel alongside the volume rocker controls and an SIM card tray appears on the left. A USB Type-C port and the speaker grilles are at the bottom of the phone. There’s a 3.5mm headphone jack along with IR blaster appear on the top of the device.

On the back of the phone, it has a 13-megapixel rear camera, LED flash and a fingerprint Scanner. The LeTouch fingerprint Scanner takes only 0.09 seconds to unlock the phone, which is placed below the rear camera.

The LeEco Le 1s is quite slim, it measures 151.1×74.2×7.5mm and weighs 169 grams. The Le 1s smartphone offers a 5.5-inch Full HD(1080×1920 pixels) display with 403ppi.

The LeEco Le 1s runs Android 5.0 Lo but has a custom skin called EUI on the top. Contrary to colorful and vibrant interfaces we have seen of late on other UIs, the EUI is quite sober and subtle. The UI has a minimalist flat appearance including a flattish icon for apps.

The LeEco Le 1s features a 13-megapixel rear camera and a 5-megapixel front facing camera. The 13-megapixel rear camera comes with features such as phase-detection autofocus (PDAF), ultra-fast focus, ISOCELL 5P Lens, f/2.0 aperture and LED flash. It can also shoot videos in 4K resolution and also supports the slow motion. The camera settings allow further customizations with ISO, Contrast, White Balance, Exposure, Sharpness, and Saturation.

The Le 1s has really impressive performance. The smartphone is powered by a 2.2GHz octa-core MediaTek Helio X10 processor with CorePilot 2.0 optimised for gaming, which explains the smooth performance. There’s a 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage, out of which roughly 29GB is available to users, which is very good for a budget smartphone.

The smartphone is powered by a 3,000mAh battery. The Le 1s supports a reversible USB Type-C with fast-charging technology, just 5 minutes of charge will get you 3.5 hours of talk time.
