Samsung Galaxy S6 Mini with 4.6-inch display spotted listed on Letstango.com
Earlier this year, rumors claimed Samsung would launch a mini version of its flagship Samsung Galaxy S6. Now an online retailer as indexed the Samsung Galaxy S6 Mini on their website.
The Dubai-based e-commerce firm LetsTango currently lists the Samsung Galaxy S6 Mini, revealing some of its key specifications. The handset, though, is not available for purchase. You can only subscribe to get a notification when the handset is available. This only reinforces that Samsung will be launching the S6 mini version anytime soon, but no real dates revealed yet. The flagship Samsung Galaxy S6 was released in March 2015.
There were already rumors confirming a mini version of Galaxy S6. Its features appeared listed on gfxbench under codename SM-W2016.
According to the specifications on the site, the Samsung Galaxy S6 Mini comes with Android 5.1 Lollipop. The mini version of Samsung Galaxy S6 is powered by a hexa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 SoC clocked at 1.8 GHz with 2 GB of RAM, running on Adreno 418 GPU and 16 GB of internal storage.
The mini version of Galaxy S6 comes with wireless charging capability, similar to its flagship device. It also includes a PayPal certified fingerprint sensor.
The Samsung Galaxy S6 Mini features a 4.6-inch Super AMOLED display. On the camera front, it comes with a 15-megapixel rear camera and a 5-megapixel front camera. The device is packed with a non-removable Lithium-ion Battery. It also comes with Corning Gorilla Glass 4 protection.
