According to the recent resource from the prominent writer and podcaster John Gruber that the Price of upcoming flagship iPhone 8 might be a more expensive model and it could hit from $1200 -$1500.
According to Gruber prediction the Upcoming iPhone will Cost $1200 for the 64GB Model and 1399 For a 128 GB variant and last one $1500 for the 256 GB variant which highly expensive for Middle man, it’s the only prediction from source provider John Gruber,
Gruber, who is known for breaking several Apple-related stories in the past, claims the iPhone 8 will sell for a high record price due to high demand and a constrained supply because of supply issues.
If Apple were to launch an expensive iPhone, the increased price would tamp demand down, allowing Apple to take more risks and include more features and parts that might be hard to include if Apple needed to make hundreds of millions of the same iPhone.
So instead of delaying a full launch because there aren’t enough next-generation OLED screens, Apple would maintain its 30%-40% margins, and introduce a new iPhone model priced over $1,000, which it could call “Pro” or “Edition.” That’s called market strategies.
So when consumers get satisfaction the demand will increase and high demand will not be fulfilled due to the less supply that’s why Apple maintain its Margins.
John Gruber Wrote in his Blog:
It sounds to me like the OLED iPhone is a phone which Apple can’t make 40 million of per quarter, at least not today. And if that’s true, that means it should be more expensive. Not should in any moral sense, but simply because that’s how the principle of supply and demand works. When supply is constrained and demand is high, prices go higher. The higher prices alleviate demand.
