Lenovo K8 Note with stock Android UI to launch in India on August 9
The Beijing company Lenovo founded in 1984 and stepped in Android smartphones market in 2012, confirmed that its next flagship smartphone is Lenovo K8 Note. Lenovo confirmed that the upcoming Note will be launch on August 9 in India.
After the confirmation, upcoming Lenovo handset adds to the list of Amazon-exclusive smartphones in India, which includes the BlackBerry KEYone that was announced on Tuesday. Amazon India has used a hashtag on the web page for new Note- #KillerNote and also pointed towards photography and performance via hashtag ‘#KillTheOrdinary Clicks’ and ‘#KillTheOrdinary Performance’.
Lenovo K8 Note India launch was confirmed last week on social media by the company. The reason behind going with ‘8’ is still unknown, but the number does suggest that the smartphone could sport a dual rear camera setup. To recall, the Lenovo K6 Note only featured a single rear camera, which makes it even more likely for the next iteration to get a dual camera module.
Specification for the Lenovo K8 Note
Lenovo K8 Note is the successor of Lenovo K6 Note and it is rumored that Lenovo K8 Note will be powered by the deca-core 2.1 GHz processor with MediaTek MT6797 Helio X20 chipset. Lenovo K8 Note will be the first smartphone of Lenovo that will run Android 7.1.1 Nougat out-of-the-box. The new upcoming Note will come with 4GB RAM and 64GB internal storage and will be extended up to 256 GB via microSD card uses SIM 2 slot.
Lenovo K8 Note will sport a 5.5 inches IPS LCD capacitive display with 1080 x 1920 pixels. The upcoming Note will come with 16-megapixel primary camera with phase detection autofocus, dual-LED (dual tone) flash and 12-megapixel secondary camera.
Upcoming smartphone will run on Non-removable Li-Po battery. The K8 Note will sport a fingerprint sensor with the connectivity option of Bluetooth, wi-fi, GPS, and FM. The new upcoming phone will arrive in the market with three color variant – Silver, Gold, Dark Grey.
