Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 powered LeTV Le Max Pro to cost around $535
Earlier in the week, Qualcomm at CES 2016 in Las Vegas announced that the Chinese company LeTV’s latest smartphone, the Letv Le Max Pro, will be the first smartphone to be powered by the new Snapdragon 820 processor.
The smartphone was not officially revealed at the event. Now, a leaked screenshot/teaser obtained by Chinese technology blog Mobile-Dad sheds light on its pricing. According to Mobile-Dad, the Letv Le Max Pro will carry a price tag of CNY 3,500 (approximately Rs. 35,500).
As for the specifications, the Letv Le Max Pro has a 6.33-inch display with a QHD (1440×2560 pixels) resolution and the Letv Le Max Pro comes with either 32GB, 64GB or 128GB internal storage. Powered by new Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor running at 2.2 GHz, the smartphone is paired with Adreno 530 GPU for graphics and 4GB of RAM.
The smartphone sports a 21-megapixel rear camera with dual-LED flash and comes with optical image stabilisation (OIS). In terms of connectivity options, the Letv Le Max Pro includes Wi-Fi 802.11ad, Bluetooth, GPS and 4G LTE.
Letv Le Max Pro is a metal-clad smartphone running on Android 6.0 Marshmallow Operating System with a customised UI from LeTV on top. The Letv Le Max Pro is also the world’s first smartphone to feature Qualcomm’s Snapdragon Sense ID 3D fingerprint technology.
There’s also a Qualcomm X12 LTE modem, and the charging is done with Qualcomm Quick Charge 2.0 technology. The dual SIM Letv Le Max Pro is backed by a 3400 mAh (non-removable) battery.
